Part-time accountant
Zoug, Suisse
HARZI Consulting is looking for a part-time accountant to perform the following duties:
- Entry and verification of accounting entries (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, general ledger)
- Preparation of payments and tracking of collections/disputes
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Conducting periodic closings
- Filing tax and social security returns
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and audits
Qualification
- Education: Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate accounting in Switzerland
- Excellent proficiency in Swiss accounting software programs (e.g., Abacus, Crésus, or SAP)
- Skills in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll accounting knowledge of tax law
- Very good proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions)
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity (discretion regarding sensitive data).
- Analytical skills, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
Languages: Fluent in English and German. French is an asset
