General terms of online sales
Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between the seller, its partners, and any natural or legal person placing an order via the website (hereinafter the “Customer”).
Any order placed on the website implies the Customer's full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. These GTC prevail over any other terms and conditions or documents, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the seller.
The purpose of the GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products and/or services offered by the seller, in accordance with Swiss law, in particular the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
The seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time the Customer places the order.
1. Scope
The booking policies governs the terms and conditions for booking, modifying, cancelling and paying services proposed through our online platform booking for partners, in accordance with Swiss Law, in particular the Swiss Code of Obligation (CO).
2. Booking
All booking should be made through our online booking system ;
a booking become binding once confirmed in writing ;
Client are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.
3. Price and payment
All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable ;
Full or partial advance payment may be required, depending on the service booked ;
Accepted payment methods are displayed during the booking process ;
Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
4. Booking modifications
Any request to modify a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service ;
All modifications are subject to availability ;
Additional fees or price differences may apply.
5. Cancellation by the client
Cancellations must be made at lease 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled service ;
Late cancellations or failure to attend the appointment are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed ;
The policy is consistent with art. 404 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, subject to reasonable compensation in the event of late cancellation.
6. Late arrival and non-show
Late arrival may result in a shortened service without any price reduction ;
Failure to attend the appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
7. Cancellation and modifications by the service provider
We reserve the right to chancel or reschedule a booking (e.g. illness, technical issues, unforeseen events, etc.) ;
The client will be offered a rescheduled appointment with no extra fees.
8. Data protection
Personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with the GDPR.

9. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages in excluded to the extend permitted under Swiss law.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The policy is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registred office of the service provider.
11. Acceptance
By completing a booking, the client confirms acceptance of this online service booking policy.
