Job description
As a SAP FSM consultant, you will be part of a SAP provider team for implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Field Service Management solutions for end customers in order to improve the efficiency and quality of their field services.
Main responsibilities
Provide support in the pre-sales, costing, implementation, configuration, integration, and SAP upgrade phases.
Participate in analyzing customer needs and defining SAP FSM solutions tailored to their business requirements.
Ensure the configuration and testing of SAP FSM business processes.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Train end users and provide post-implementation support.
Analyze performance and recommend improvements to maximize the operational efficiency of field services.
Provide support for SAP FSM solutions during version upgrades.
Ensure continuous and up-to-date documentation of ongoing services.
Requirements
Master's degree in information technology or related fields.
Experienced in SAP S/HANA project (Support & Project) with a first experience in SAP FSM
Proficiency in business processes in field service environments (planning, service management, resource management, etc.).
Experience in incident handling using an ITSM tool (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, and commitment to ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
Fluency in French and English are desirable.
